Founder - ProducerKate has been working in the entertainment industry for over sixteen years, gaining experience at major agencies, studios, and production companies across development, production, casting, sales, marketing and publicity. In each position, she has enjoyed subverting the expectation of her “female perspective.” She currently lives in LA with her husband, Eric Charles, a senior film executive at Sony Pictures…who also happens to be incredible at cooking, cleaning, and doing the laundry.

There she focused on pushing female-driven narratives forward, working on fourteen produced films during her nearly four years at the company. These included SECOND ACT, I FEEL PRETTY, ADRIFT, MOLLY’S GAME, and A BAD MOMS CHRISTMAS among others. Her last project at STX was overseeing the production and release of the box office hit HUSTLERS.
